I AM BUYING FOR A PRESENT, CAN YOU SEND THIS DIRECTLY TO MY FRIEND?
Of course we can send directly. All Jewellery are presented in a black organza or satin jewellery bag. We do offer a little additon to make your gift more special, an elegant affordable gift bag or birthday cards. Please add a note with what you would like the card to say.
CAN I REFUND MY ITEM FOR CHANGE OF MIND?
Just a Little Boutique will happily refund necklaces, bracelets, clothing, shoes & giftware for change of mind at the buyer’s expense of return postage within 7 days of purchase. Once items have been returned in original condition and there is no sign of wear or tear, money for item will be returned to buyer. Just a Little Boutique does not accept refunds or exchanges due to health reasons/regultions on items such as earrings, body jewellery, swim wear or underwear unless damaged on arrival or item is not as described in description. All items are carefully checked over prior to shipping to ensure quality before leaving our warehouse.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. I can relate to seeing something online and knowing how frustrating it is when they won’t send internationally. We will only accept Paypal or Western Union Money transfer for international orders.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE OR STOCK ANYWHERE?
We do not have an official shop, however have a beautiful little jewellery and fashion showroom set up, which you can view by appointment. All of the stock on the website, plus more, is available in the showroom. We are located on the Gold Coast. Please contact us by email on email@example.com if you would like to come to see the showroom and/or pick up your order.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEMS?
Pick-up can now be arranged by appointment. Just a Little Boutique being primarily an online business is run from home, which is on the Gold Coast, in a suburb called Worongary. This is only 2-3 minutes away from the motorway (m1), close to Mudgeeraba and Nerang. We have a beautiful little jewellery and fashion showroom set up. All of the stock on the website, plus a whole heap more, is available in the showroom. Please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to come to see the showroom and/or pick up your order. If you are just coming to pick up an item and don't want to see the showroom, we're pretty flexible, and could usually arrange for you to pick the item up on the day (within reason). Showroom appointments are flexible too. Weekends can be arranged also.
If you're in the area, please drop by and visit. Saves you postage fees, and no need to wait for your items!
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We will do our best in posting your item the very next day after your payment has cleared so items in Australia usually 1-3 days depending on your location. All items that are displayed on our site are currently located in Australia. Please note we do not hold alot of stock items and in some cases some pieces cannot be redesigned or repurchased. Just a Little Boutique will remove items when items have sold out. First is Best dressed, literally. !!

We accept Paypal payments, Direct Bank Deposits or Western Union Money transfer.
HOW DO I KNOW MY DETAILS ARE SAFE?
The Internet has come along way with its security measures and ways to protect your details. So rest assure from someone who has been shopping online for 7 years, nationally and internationally we have always had safe transactions. So when building our site we too only select well known trusted secure site merchants like PayPal and do not keep any of your financial details on file.
IS YOUR JEWELLERY FREE FROM NICKEL & LEAD ?
Just a little Boutique attempts to ensure it sells products of optimum quality, and has taken all appropriate precautions to provide hypoallergenic products to its customers. However, some of the pieces/items are assembled overseas. Allergenic materials such as nickel and lead may be found in some items in very small quantities.
