It is a strict policy of Just a Little Boutique that all online purchases are to be paid for prior to shipment of the products; no matter the purchase value.

Just a Little Boutique reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion. If you are refused an order and monies have been transferred, they will be refunded within 14 business days, minus a $5.00 accounting fee.

Just A Little Boutique ships all items in perfect condition following completing pre-shipping inspection by the Quality Control Department.

All packages sent by Just a Little Boutique can be tracked on the Australia Post website. Once an order has been shipped by Just a Little Boutique, the shipment is no longer the responsibility of Just a Little Boutique. In the event that items are not received by the purchaser due to any issues arising during transport, Just a Little Boutique will not be held responsible for the loss of these goods. All reasonable attempts will be made by Just a Little Boutique to assist in locating the shipment. Just a Little Boutique recommends that all packages be sent by registered mail. However, as this is an additional cost, and not offered as standard by Just a Little Boutique, the purchaser must specify this prior to the purchasing process.
